Cancellation and Refund

There could be unexpected situations unfolding on your side making you reconsider your decision to engage Shawarta for admission consulting services.

We do acknowledge such possibilities. However, in keeping with our Personalized Attention Approach, we have a Graded Refund Policy for cancellation requests.

Graded Refund Policy

• 90 % refund if such request is received within 02 days of confirmed payment.
• 20 % refund if such request is received within 05 days of confirmed payment.
• No refund if such request is received beyond 05 days of confirmed payment.

Refunds will be processed at the earliest as per above policy, unless communicated otherwise in writing.
